I just wanted to take a minute and provide some feedback to you now that I am up and running with RTV.
I can not say enough good things about my entire experience with RTV. Beginning with the GREAT support and patience you had with me during the pre-sales support and questions and more questions. You always had answers in timely fashion and all answers proved to be correct and accurate after I actually made the purchase and received the product.
The software installation support and training were all very organized and I never once felt like I was wasting my time or being forced to go through something that I already understood. The trainer worked with me and went along at my own pace. When I did have questions he was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer my questions in great detail so that I understood exactly what I needed to do and could do it correctly.
The equipment that I received was very good as were the directions on how to use it.
Within a day of my training session I was able to complete my first virtual tour with out any problems. The software is very easy to use and getting the completed product uploaded to your site is a snap.
I know I will get better and better the more I use it, but the fact that I could do it on my own without having to call someone after only about 2 hours of training was GREAT!!! I have a LOT to learn about cameras and taking pictures but with your system I am able to create very nice virtual tours already and will only get better as I learn more about taking pictures.
Thanks for a great product, great support and a great company which is very hard to find these days.
