Limited Warranty

The Limited Warranty on RTV supplied hardware covers parts and labor and warrants against defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) months from the original date of purchase. The warranty period can be extended for an additional nine (9) months by registering your purchase with the manufacturer of each product. Extended warranties for certain camera models, lens, and camera accessories may be purchased if available from the manufacturer. Please contact your sales representative regarding the availability of extended warranties.

The Limited Warranty applies only to the hardware components of the Virtual Tour Builder Kit. It does not cover technical assistance for hardware or software usage, and it does not cover any software products.

All defective parts replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of RTV.

Lifetime Warranty --- RTV Rotator

The RTV Rotator comes with a lifetime warranty that covers material defects, workmanship, plus standard wear and tear of the rotator. This warranty does not cover malicious damage. This lifetime warranty is void upon resale of the rotator. Extended warranties for the rotator are available.
