Sophisticated computer capabilities and state-of-the-art science equipment provide students with relevant, hands-on learning opportunities. The building is named for Kenneth L. Greenquist, a Racine attorney who at the time of his death in 1968 was president of the UW System Board of Regents. A concourse connects all buildings in the university\'s main academic complex. Besides being very convenient, the concourse helps keep students and visitors warm and dry during inclement weather.
