Making its debut in autumn 2009, Pike River Suites is the newest residence hall at UW-Parkside. The four-story suites-style residence hall can house approximately 250 residents. Residents live in a \"house,\" which includes a lounge, kitchenette, and study area. Each house contains 4-6 suites, and each suite contains 2-3 spacious rooms, including one-person and two-person rooms. Each suite can accommodate 4-5 students. Each room is fully carpeted and furnished with beds, closets, desks, dressers, garbage can, and includes high speed internet, cable TV access, and air conditioning. Pike River Suites also houses the Global Village and Catalyst Leadership living-learning communities.
